We follow the following pay scale:

Company Drivers:

• 1-3 years of experience: $0.46 per mile
• 4-9 years of experience: $0.48 per mile
• 10+ years of experience: $0.51 per mile

Plus an incentive bonus that could pay up to $0.08 per mile.
