Evaluations are by appointment only. 

If you compare Interstate Truck Driving School to other truck driving schools in Minnesota you will notice we do not claim you will be finished in three or four weeks. The reason we believe such a claim is not appropriate is no one knows how long it will take you to acquire the skills necessary to pass your CDL road test and become a safe truck driver.  

Our staff at Interstate Truck Driving School would be happy to spend some time with you, by appointment, at our South St. Paul campus to discuss your experience, your goals, and then give you a short evaluation in a truck with a trailer.  During this time we can give you some honest advice on what it will take to help you achieve your goals.  We can answer your questions and explain just what you are getting into by choosing a career as a truck driver.

Once you have a CDL and the skills to operate trucks safely there are solid job opportunities for you all over the country.  With so many industries changing and outsourcing jobs to other countries, it is reassuring to know that there will always be a need for drivers to deliver the goods no matter where they are produced.  With a good driving record and a good work history, drivers are never out of a job.  A CDL can be a solid base for your financial needs if you like the work.  We would like to help you get where you are going and we are also willing to help you get the information you need to make a good decision.
