FAQs

Most potential students have a lot of questions. If you do not see the question and answer you are seeking below, please fill out the request for info to the right and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

Our training is proficiency-based, not time-based. That means you finish once you’ve met the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements:

  • Pass 35 online theory subjects with at least an 80% score
  • Demonstrate proficiency in 12 behind-the-wheel skill sets

There is no required minimum number of hours. Completion time depends on how often you train and how quickly you develop your skills.

  • Class B students: As little as 3.5 weeks
  • Class A students: As little as 4 weeks with daily (5 days/week) training
  • Most students: 7 weeks average
  • Some students: 10–12 weeks depending on availability and pace

We don’t make promises about timelines. You’ll finish when you’re ready and have met all requirements.

Yes. Our refund policy is clearly outlined in your enrollment contract. Refunds are based on how much training you’ve received at the time of withdrawal. You’ll receive a printed copy of the policy when you enroll.

You’ll have 90 calendar days from your start date to complete your training. If something delays your progress, we’ll review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

If training extends beyond 90 days, a fee of $10 per calendar day will apply until completion.
