What To Expect

  • Week 1–2: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM (Pre-trip inspections and core fundamentals)
  • After Week 2: Flexible scheduling by appointment based on your progress
  • CDL Road Test: Typically scheduled within 7 business days after instructor sign-off
  • Training Hours: 160+ recommended (not required by FMCSA)
  • Free Re-tests: No additional charge with perfect attendance
  • Unlimited Practice: Backing range and simulator access—no hidden fees

What You’ll Learn

  • Vehicle inspection and safety procedures

Enrollment Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship or qualifying visa
  • Valid driver’s license (any class)
  • CDL permit
  • DOT physical (provided during week 2 if needed)
  • English comprehension check at registration
  • Manual transmission only: Basic shifting skills required
  • MN residents must be 21+ for 3rd-party CDL testing

If you’ve been away from commercial driving, this refresher program helps you rebuild your skills and confidence behind the wheel. You’ll train on 53′ tractor-trailers and work closely with experienced instructors who tailor the program to your needs.
